Go to the store and purchase a nice beef roast, season with salt, pepper, tenderizer. Get out an iron skillet and turn the stove on high, get skillet good and hot, sear roast on both sides to brown it real good. Add water to it to get the beef juices out of it and then pour that into a crockpot. Do this last step at least 3 or4 times, then put the roast in the crockpot and add a cup of water to it. Turn on high and let cook for about 4 or 5 hours and then turn it on low and let cook over night. It will be so tender it will fall apart.
Now to make homemade noodles; depending on how many you are cooking for example: I use 10 eggs for 15 people. Break eggs in large bowl, add a little salt, then add flour until you can mix it all together and it isn't sticky. Take a handful of the dough you just made and roll out on table, use plenty of flour so it won't stick to table, roll out unitl real thin. Then roll up and cut at an angle about 1/8 in. wide or however wide you want them. If you aren't going to use them right away, you can let them dry out and use later. After they dry, store in air tight container and freeze. When your roast is done, pull it apart, then add a handful of noodles to it. Let those cook for a few minutes and then add more, repeat this until you have as many as you want in there. Cook for another hour until noodles are tender and done. Good Luck! These are delicious!!
