Yes, by all means. Good idea, actually, 'cos they all work slightly differently and may well find things the others have missed - I've got numerous anti-spyware/anti-adware type programs.
Just keep 'em updated. The only thing you MUST avoid, like has already been said, is running two ANTI-VIRUS programs together as they'll fight!
Have fun.

yes you can ,i have been using this combination of spyware programs for the last 12 months with great success
spybot and adaware are a good team of anti-spyware programs and spyware blaster is partically good if you use the mozzilla firefox browser as spybot dosent block bad downloads in firefox, only internet explorer
NOTE:another good addition to these would be microsofts windows defender(http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx),this is a free download if you are running a genuine xp installation
another good anti-spyware download is ewido anti-spyware(http://www.ewido.net/en/),this is made by the same company who make a.v.g...grisoft
p.s...you can have as many antispyware programs as you want, its not like anti-virus were you can only have one so feel free to install as many antispy programs as you need
good luck

Absolutely yes you can. I do on my computer.
Two things to make sure of:
1) Don't install the features of Ad-Aware or SpyBot S&D that run in the background. That way, there's no risk of them conflicting with each other or with your anti-virus.
2) Keep them all updated. Each has its own internal updating function; a good rule of thumb is to check once or twice a week.
