250 calories in a piece of mince meat pie is lower than most pies. Enjoy your mince meat but stay away from the ones that have over 400 calories in a slice.

Why? We're all going to die any way...some of us want to die of old age...others are after that heart attack...but the sad matter of fact is...we're all going to die sometime. Might as well go out on a burger rather than a lettuce leaf.
