Because the revolution of the earth around the sun is a continuous range, and the changing angle of the axis to stellar north (ie: right-handed up), the sun's noon position never ceases to change. If you could arrange to be at the exact 'noon' point (not just the right time zone, the exact point of earth closest to the sun) on the equator continuously, you would see the sun moving continously up and down over the year (very slowly). At each end, it would attain an instantaneous speed of zero, however, it would be under continual accelaration and the duration that its speed would be zero would be infintesimally small.
It never actually 'stops', in otherwords.

The Suns Arc at its lowest for 3 days (seen by the naked eye) during winter solstice. lt is a ancient story of the solar cult & jesus is the most recent telling of it.

That's what "solstice" means. It means the sun stops. And it's only for 1 day, not 3.
And you're only proving the pagan roots of Jesus' birthday--the sun=the son.
