first let her know who you are then try to get to know her a little bit then when you feel that its the right time tell her how you feel in a nice come matter then tell her if she dosent feel the same way say well can we still be friends......and she mite grow to like you after all...

Right now, you dont show up on her radar. you dont even exist in her world.
1.) If she literally doesnt know you or hasnt even met you before, then DUH, go introduce yourself.
2.) forget pick up lines, youre not good enough to use them if you are here asking for help. Ask a fun question or comment about something shes wearing or doing.
3.) after that let her know up front you see her as a romantic interest, no sugar coating it or dumbing it down. Ask to get to know her better over coffee for twenty minutes.
4.) Dont be a a nice guy wussbag. Be assertive, funny, and charming,

Dont do pick up lines. Go up to her and introduce yourself in a very carefree way. Tell he she has caughty your eye and you would enjoy getting to know her better. Then ask her to do something very safe with you, like a walk, or a cup of tea at a coffee shop or something. Then talk to her and see if she is actualy the woman you might find interesting.

what to do, well someone told me that if you like this girl go up to her and give her a compliment and then walk away. they come chasing after you.and well you never now what might happen.
but make sure its a good compliment not a bad one like you look really cute or you like her outfit something simply not big.

you say 1.)"Hi! My Name is.....,Thats a really nice lookin jacket!"(Give a sincere compliment)
after she says thank you/thanx then you say,"whats your name?"
2.)then ask her about 3-5 questions to small talk,then you 3.)CLOSE "can i call you sometime?"
*these 3 steps is Really EASY to memorize!

Well, if she doesnt know you, then you dont know her. And if you dont know her, then you dont like her.
So basicly your asking (or should be asking) - I think this girl is hot and want to get to know her.
Well, then I suggest you talk to her.
Say "hi, My name is So-and-so. I go to school/church/woork/whatever her and I hadnt noticed you alot before. Are you new here? Whats your name?"
Maybe you become friends, then come ask about it!

Get to know her friends and be around her SOMTIMES and make her laugh and be nice to her. But whatever u do don't be around her all the time or ALOT when she doesn't really know u. It creeps us out.
