Reconciliation - The Sacrament of Reconciliation is when we go to a priest and confess our sins.
Holy Communion - Holy Communion is when we can receive the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ.
Confirmation - When someone has the first three sacraments, they can be confirmed.
Marriage - The Sacrament of Marriage is the union of a man and a woman to grow in God's grace
Holy Orders - People who desire to be priests and nuns need to have proper training. After they're trained, they receive the Sacrament of Holy Orders.
Sacrament of the Infirm - The Sacrament of the Infirm is for someone who is sick, old age, mental illness, someone approaching an operation, or someone who feels they'd benefit from it

6. Annointing of the Sick
7. Reconciliation
But maybe not in that order... Annointing of the Sick (Last Rites) is probably last :-)
