A flour tortilla with spinach and tofu? Is that too much? I'm fifteen and that's all I've eaten all day so far, but I feel really bad about it, because I'm afraid it was too many calories.

give or take some depending on how much spinach and tofu you put in it it has around 458 calories and if thats all you ate today it wasn't too much

Unless the tortilla was the size of a car tire, you're fine. You need to eat, and you need energy and nutrients.

Your question suggests you know very little about how your body works, and how your body needs and uses food. It's okay, not an insult - you're not expected to know this stuff automatically. But you need to pick up a book or ask some people (who know this stuff) for more information.

Otherwise, you end up confused for years and years.
