I sometimes think that people don't think I like them but that not what it is i have social anxiety and am depressed and I don't know if there is a way that I could get them to know that.

maybe you could ask them for their email, and send them something...don't worry about what they are thinking...they would probably love to hear your words of kindness that you care...Good luck little one, and pray for God to give you strength...Through Jesus...God Bless

If you happen to find someone that you would like to make friends with just say "hey, if I seem a little stand offish, it has nothing to do with you, I just get nervous around new people." This way word of mouth starts to going that your shy and that why you won't feel alienated by your peers, or bad about yourself because you have this disorder. Its okay to different and have fears etc. The sooner you embrace your disorder the sooner you make positive changes.

Just tell them. An honest compliment or remark of appreciation, especially when unexpected, can mean a lot to someone. Imagine how you'd feel if someone came up out of the blue and just let you know that you were important to them... they'll likely feel the same way.

Be streaight with them social aniety is much more common today than it used to be . Just let them know its not them it something that you are dealing with and to give you a little time to get though this difficult time. dont worry your not alone out there.

u should tell them or let them get used to u and start talking to them whem ur ready. ull be fine.
