First, you should find out what he likes by just through general conversation. Slowly begin to maybe wear his favorite color in clothes, or maybe go out to a fun place with a couple of additional friends, like an amusement park. You may only develop a friendship at first. Then you can see if he is worth pursuing. Smile a lot, have a sense of humor with him, and just have fun!! Just don't rush anything or be fake in your actions. Good LucK!

Sweetie the only way to change that is to make him aware of your existence. Bump into him and knock him over or something. That will get him aware. You've got to make contact or this has no hope.

Make your self noticeable.
When you knock on the door, see if he opens it, if he does fall on him and say you were leaning on the door!
Or knock into him in the hall ways. With so much people around, he wont be able to tell thet youre just "Saying " That somebody bumped into you.
Remember: Never change yourself for a guy. They are SO not worth it!
