Eat less and exercise more -- that's the only way to do it unless you just want to gain it all back (plus more!). There is no "magic" way to lose weight. You MUST make lifestyle changes that you can stick with for good.

Besides diet and exercise?

Catch the flu, I guess. Some kind of illness would do it.

You gotta work at it. Takes a little effort. You realize the entire skinny healthy world does something to get that way, right? It ain't an accident that some people are lean and healthy, and others balloon up like, well, balloons.

Anyway, besides diet and exercise....donate some organs, clip your fingernails, get your hair cut and dont wear any jewellery - should be some lbs in that ; )

not much time how about the skinny *** model - paris hilton diet I wouldnt reccomend it but a lil laxitives or the plain finger down the throat. totally unhealty and desperate approach and ur not that fat neway,
