i am not sure what you mean. i am a smoker so this is no smart alec answer. if your mean you are cold all the time especially in your hands and feet the small blood vessels that feed your skin are not receiving enough blood to keep your body warm. and yes, smoking causes your blood vessels to shrink. you need to stop smoking and takes lots of vitamin c, e, flax seed oil, drink lots of pure fresh water at least one ounce per ounce of body weight a day. and yes you are going to pee a lot.

Yeah nicotine helps to restrict blood flow which leaves your extremities cold. (nose, hands, feet) This can be dangerous, perhaps cutting down and eventually quitting is a better idea.

Nicotine restricts your veins so your blood doesn't flow well. Quit smoking, your body will thank you & so will your friends!
