She isn't stupid, she knows she has hair on her lip. Everyone does. She is just hoping you don't think it's a big deal. DO NOT start talking to other people about her "moustache". Do you really want everyone talking about your fu man chu girl? Not only would that be insensitive and draw attention to a feature that she is not proud of, but it could turn her into a big joke. Instead, decide whether it's really that important to you. Do you want her to point out how you run like a girl? Hm... Think of the ramifications on this: stubble, bruised ego, or conversely- appreciation for your honesty. Whatever you do, your motive must be love.

I agree with the first guy, get someone else to mention it.
When I was 19 (I am 36 now) I had a boyfriend whose friend came up to me one day and said completely out of the blue " you know what turns me on about you? your moustache!"

my boyfriend at the time claims he has no part in it and I had no clue I even had a moustache (peach fuzz)

I of course got self concious about it and started waxing it. now it is no big deal- lots of women wax and so it is part of life. I still wish I didn't have to do it though.

Love?? I don't think you know what love is. Don't say love, say something like you're hot for her or something. Love is commitment and passion. You were wrong to tell her to shave it off,. You should have slyly made her notice that she has a mustache. Now she feels really insecure and maybe even betrayed. Time for a comeback. Gotta do something real romantic and convince her that you don't care. Make yourself believe that it doesn't matter or blow the relationship. This is a crucial mistake especially since you guys don't have much of a relationship. Good luck and cheers.

Well, thats a delicate situation. She might get offended. I would say, give her a hint but don't say it out right. Maybe, while yall are playing around, bite one of the hairs on her upper lip and pull it out. That way she will know that you know that she has a mustasche and maybe she will do something about it. Or you could be direct and tell her, but I would say it in a joking way so that you don't hurt her feelings.

Oh, just leave an orange handled straight razonr lying around, maybe a razor strop and soap mug and brush in brightly festooned ribbons. That'll get across.

Definitely have a female suggest something--it's no big deal, most women wax, but to hear it from your (her boyfriend) could really hurt her feelings....get someone you trust to ask her so she does not know you suggested it. It can be a very touchy subject for some women. Good luck!!:)

If you have a sister, or have a mutual friend, have them bring it up casually with her; she'll resent you for telling her about it (girls are really self conscious), but if another female does, that she knows has no ulterior motives, then she'll be like, "oh wow! ok, yeah, I'll definitely try that."----------------- cause it's not as embarrassing/insulting when another woman tells you.
