You need to move on! You are the one that ruined the relationship. Someone once told me "You can do whatever in the world you want to, if you are willling to live with the consequences." Should have thought about him before you cheated.

How about don't cheat on your next boyfriend. No one wants to be with a cheater - it makes them feel second best. Why aren't you with the guy you cheated with? Move on and leave your ex alone. You cheated and broke his trust.

i say that both men and women cheat when there women dose not bring that heat to the bed room and women just need to be given it a little differently sometimes

Apologize to him and give it time.
Since you wronged him it's entirely up to him if he wants to be with you again. You can't force him to forgive you.
