In a mormon's eyes, i think so. But the bible doesn't menation ranks in heaven or hell. Probebly because they are already at such an extreme, it makes little difference.
If heaven and hell were descided over how many good and bad things a person did in his life, then rankings make sense. But that's not the case. For one lousy sin to be in a person's life is condemnation to hell, without any ranking. As for heaven, christians have to trust God to rid them of all their sins and they are perfect in his eyes, so even if there were rankings in heaven everyone would be riding first class.

You show how much you dont know what Hell is? It is a place of utter torment, it is darkness that can be both felt and sensed in ones unspiritual and degenerate mind which constantly grows worse and worse and worse till one is gnashing their teeth in agony, a long with this is an intense burning that is beyond understanding that you can not imagine, here on earth, there is nothing remotely like it. Nor is there any escape for those going. The only hope is to ask for the forgiveness of sins, and live the life God has called for you to live .

According to Dante there were. It is funny but he put many of his earthly enemies in various portions of his fantasy world. Don't get me wrong Dante's inferno is a great piece of literature but there was definitely some pretty heavy mental masturbation of his personal desires for revenge going on.
As for the subject of hell on a absolute metaphysical level I believe that there are hellish states on this earth as well as the spiritual plane.
What I do not believe is that these states of being are permanent. We have all of infinite to come closer to God or fall farther away.
Other than the hells imposed upon us by others it is up to us how much we want to suffer in hell or bliss out in heaven. We do not need to wait till the afterlife to experience this. The kingdom of God is at hand. In other words seek heaven on earth now. It is well within your reach.

It seems from scripture that there are. Jesus said a number of times, that things would be worse if such and such happened.
One of them is Matthew 10:15 "Truly I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that city." Seems to indicate some measures of judgment.
2 Peter 2:21 For it would be better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known it, to turn away from the holy commandment handed on to them.

Yes there are, in Matt 8:12 it says that they will be cast out into outer darkness. Then in Matt 23:14 Jesus said " Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows' house, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation. May God bless you to find all the answers you seek from him.

Hell as a fiery torment does not even exist. Hell is simply the grave...where we are buried.
‘For the sons of Judah have done what is bad in my eyes,’ is the utterance of Jehovah. ‘They have set their disgusting things in the house upon which my name has been called, in order to defile it. And they have built the high places of To′pheth, which is in the valley of the son of Hin′nom, in order to burn their sons and their daughters in the fire, a thing that I had not commanded and that had not come up into my heart.’ -Jeremiah 7:30-31
If burning kids was disgusting in God's eyes, why would he even create it to torment the dead? I do believe in a loving God not a terrorizing one.
"The wages sin pays is death..." -Romans 6:23
If a person dies he paid his sins, there is no need for eternal torment in an unexisting hell.

Read Dante's "Inferno", he lays them all out really nice. Supposedly he really went there and it's an eyewitness account.
Or so he says.
