Is he flirting with her? Does he ignore you and pays more attention to her? Does he always want to do stuff only if she comes?
If yes to all of the above then there might be a possibility that he likes her.

well you can tell of they send each other little hints and are kind of touchy feely also if your boyfirend likes tyo be around your friend just as much as around you id get suspecoius
