After running or other strenuous exercise I get these intense headaches and all my teeth hurt too. This just started happening the last year or so but seems to be getting worse, i felt like I was going to puke the last time. I never had this problem before and even ran track in high school, what is causing this?

Could be a dehydration problem. Are you taking in enough fluids before/during your exercise?

Do you sweat great deal...if so you could be loosing too much and need to rehydrate with a sports drink during your workout....

Strenuous exercise (like running) can bring on a migraine headache for some people (this type of migraine is usually called an "effort migraine"). You might also simply be dehydrated after a long run, which can also cause a headache. Be sure you drink plenty of water while you are exercising, as well as before and after a workout. If the headaches persist, see a doctor. There may be a medication you can take to ward off or treat the headache after it's come on. Good luck!

I hate to answer a question with another question, but are you getting enough water? if you aren't hydrated enough, when you exercise you can get awful headaches, and make you feel like you want to throw up. Also might want to check into making sure you are getting enough potassium. Not enough can cause pain as well. You should be drinking at least 1/2 oz of water for every pound you are if you are going to be exercising. If you are eating stuff high in sodium, you should have even more water. Hope this helps!

I get this too.I feel like I am getting enough water before running, and if I drink It afterwards It feels like Im going to throw-up.I think my problem is asthma because I am constantly huffing a puffing. And my headaches are constant throbbing.Idk..I think I am going to get it checked out.You probably should too.
