im 180 kg and im 13 (overweight). i am trying to lose fat and calories. can any1 giv tips to gain muscle instead of fat? I do situps and pushups but the fat cant get burned...

ok u gotta lay off the high calorie foods
+ try to do some exercise every day but u should start gently and build up your fitness rather than killin yourself on your first trainin session
eat less high calorie foods
o here is a good tip dont eat anything after 7 in the evening one of my bigest ole models did that and lost LOADS of weight

god!!!!!!!!!!!!!! kiloframs??????? I'm thirteen and weigh 78 pounds! well enough of that. I read in a magazine that u can take in food that takes more energy to process it that what the food consists of. Examples: apricots, almonds. Not sure though. Check the web. Also, theere are speical herb made pills. Helathy and work. Wish u luck .btw if ure feeling sad anytime iIM me : linusya4

Try to reduce fat foods like pizzas, burgers, cool drinks etc. Do more physical activities like walking, jogging, football, tennis, exercise etc.

Even though it is tempting to have more food.. avoid.. You will be good soon..

join a gym !
