usually i lose 2 kgs in like 3-4 days
my aim is to be 44kg .im 52 now.how much time will that take?

Try not to lose more than 2 kgs a week. Slow and steady wins the race, so give yourself six months and change up your exercise routine from time to time so that you don't get bored or frustrated
