What is a reason for feeling cold feet? I am 31 years old never had this problem before last few months.?

normally what that means is that your not having good circulation in your legs. You might want to have it checked. Also try exercise--it will get the blood flowing and may help (will warm you up, too!) Take notice of where and how you sit--you might be cutting off the circulation in the chair (I'm short--if I sit on a couch that is too long for me, my feet freeze cuz the circulation gets cut off at the calf where it is hitting the end of the chair--make any sense?)
