Paper size shrunk?

I have MS word and still can't get the size back.

Not sure what you're referring to. If you're talking about the paper size that shows up on the screen, you can increase it/decrease it using the View > Zoom option. Also make sure your "Standard" toolbar is visable by right-clicking on the toolbar area and selecting Standard.

If you're referring to the printed paper size, you'll have to be more specific as to what the problem is.
