my little 8 month kitten whips around the house with lightening speed! one second she's not there.. and then i'll call her... and as soon i turn my head.. there she is! how on earth does she do it?

Hey, little kids do this, too!

My 2-year-old female and my 9-year-old male still do this. They chase each other and go running up the stairs like a little cat heard. They sound like a heard of elephants!!! LOL

I think it's a good sign that your kitty is in good health -- both physical and emotional! Enjoy her and have a happy holiday!

Lol, girl... my cat does that too, one minute I see her strutting around the next minute she's flying around like she's at a track meet. It's all good energy.

Kittens are able to run fast because they are so small and light weighted. It is easier for them that way. :-)

Because they are little balls of energy morning, noon and night...isn't fabulous to watch them run around. I also have new kitty...8 wks.
