Guys always joke around each other. Every guy is different but amongst my friends, that is just how we act .
I might of misinterpreted "treat their girl bad" but if they are making fun of your physical appearance, they are most likely joking. If it really is a problem to you, own up to yourself and stand up on how you feel. Don't worry about how they feel because if they are your friends it will not matter.
If you just want to hang out with them, expect to be treated like a guy! As horrible as it sounds, just have fun. I don't think they are being serious and hopefully they are not taking advantage of you. But guys act like guys around guys or girls. Honestly though if it is a problem, own up to it!
