First thing that comes to my mind is that your blood pressure is high. Get it checked. Best of luck to you.

You should got to the doctor. But take care of yourself. Make sure that you drink extra water and get enough iron because you loosing blood all the time. Sometimes nose bleeds do make me sickish. I used to get nosebleeds all the time about a couple of years ago, I never found out why but they did go away after a while.

Not enough information that is why I am just giving you this link. Do you use drugs? Meds that might cause bleeding from the nose...? Too many unanswerable questions here but the fainting is serious and I would be calling the doc for an appointment if I were you.

You may be anemic from this chronic epistaxis (nose bleeds). You need to get it checked out to determine the reason for the nosebleeds. Do you pick your nose ever? If you do, stop. Overall, though, intractable epistaxis requires a trip to the ER.
