If you have a conscience about lying then you were obviously taught some morals and the knowledge to tell right from wrong. And what you are doing is dangerous! There are so many things that can happen to you while you are out partying and your brother will not have any idea of where to find you because you have lied to him about you whereabouts. You are so young and have alot of life to live. Save this stuff for later when it is legal and you can take care of yourself. Don't rush growing up for it will come quicker than you realize! Do you realize how many young girls are just innocently drinking & partying out there? Do you hear of the tragic things that can happen to them? Rapes, murders, drinking and driving deaths, unplanned teen pregnancies, alcoholism? These are all real things that happen to real people, young ones, old ones, drunk ones, sober ones, guilty ones and innocent ones. It is risky behavior and I would like to encourage you to be honest with your brother so he can help you. There are so many other fun activities that you could be doing instead of drinking and partying. Don't end up a statistic honey, stay a child for you will wish you did when you are older. Merry Christmas

First of all, stop lying....chances are he isn't stupid and has started putting 2 and 2 together anyway. Secondly, stop being so self-centered and show some respect for your guardian. You are a MINOR which means your guardian is legally responsible for your behavior, whether he is present or not. You might just get a slap on the wrist if you get caught, but HE will probably end up in jail!

You can choose to tell them if you want. If it makes you uncomfortable telling them you are somewhere else, then where you told him you would be, then do tell him the truth. It makes things a lot of better if you know what you are doing is wrong, especially when it comes to lying. It is that tiny small white lie, that keeps growing within you. And it keeps growing until you realize you don't like the situation anymore and you have to tell somone. It is called a conscious. It is better to tell the truth, then say nothing at all in certain situations. I mean if you want to drive you can't drink at all (considering you are turning 16 in a few months). Good Luck.:)

It's illegal, pal, not to mention someone your age shouldn't do in the first place. Your brain hasn't developed certain areas concerned with reasoning, which means that alcohol creates chemical changes at a crucial time which will effect you for the rest of your life. I don't care how much fun you think you're having, it's bad and you should know better. Yeah, and tell your parents. Maybe they'll ground you.

You can tell people what you want them to know. Tell them you go out, and tell them who's there (I'm sure you've seen those commercials about guardians being told to ask those questions), and tell them where you will be. Of course if you think it will kill your social life then you may want to keep it to yourself, it's an important part of growing up to create your own personal space. But obviously you will want to be responsible about the added freedom you will create for yourself, anything happens and it's your responsibility, don't think of passing it off to your guardian.

It depends on what kind of brother you have. A cool brother would understand and be happy that you are being honest with him and now he will now that you are safe. A over protective brother will get mad and not let you go out and do anything anymore, causing you to want to sneek out and get in trouble and be mad at him for it.

Maybe it is the best to tell him so he wont be as mad as if he caught you buy himself. I would tell him the truth and tell him why you drink. If he don't like it than stop to respect him. He cares enough for you to be your guardian.

If your brother is your guardian, I'm sure he will be more lenient than if it were your parents. Show him you are also responsible at the parties as well and there should be no problem.

You shouldn't be drinking at 15, but since you are....do everyone in your family a favor and DO NOT get into a car with anyone who has been drinking.

It is unsafe to do any of these activities at your age. Even if your brother does get mad (and he has every right to because he is responsible and liable for you), it is safer for someone to know.
Please make sure you never get in a car with a drunk driver!!
