Is anyone else in the military having problems logging into the AKO site?

My husband used to have problems with it all the time. Apparently after you haven't used it for a while it automatically resets your password for security reasons. I'm not sure who he talked to in order to get it reset I just know he was always aggravated by it!

You need to update your CAC....otherwise you will not be able to sign into your AKO

YEP... just did my CAC last week at work and was able to get in no problem... on leave at home now (no CAC reader) and its gone to hell...
