Just put it up, that will cover the roots and give it shape. When you put it up, tease the hair on the back of the head, and put a cute headband on-that'll make it look 50's mod. Or curl it. Just experiment, experiment, experiment! Gluck.

Depending what you overall colour is roots are in.
If yoiu can't stand it there are products that you can use to just cover the hair line and parting that will keep you going until you get to the salon.
Depending on the style that you have, there style is still there but longer and will take a lot more effort to make it lood as it did before

Put it up in a nice style, you won't be able to see your roots as bad then. If you can't be arsed to do that every morning, just put it up in a clip. I don't know what else to suggest. Hmmm maybe if you have curling irons you could make your hair curly, I don't think you can see split ends so much if it's curly.

Get a bandana of your choice, flip your head over and tie in a double knot under your hair, making sure you have all your hair out of the way so you won't tie it up, because that hurts like a mofo! LOL
Then flip your head back over, and brush your hair, keeping the bandana on your forehead, that way, it keeps your hair out of your face, it covers your roots, and it actually looks cute! I do it when I don't feel like fussing with my hair!

Get a root touchy-up kit, or maybe some fun wash-out dyes? I dont know how long your hair is but try crimping or if shorter simply do the bed head look!

try clipping it for the style thats what I do, put some discreet clips in place
Also for the roots I have the same probs and I just change shampoo's and conditioners, it takes the heaviness off your hair......................
It does work short term,
