Pain is difficult. It can be physical, emotional or spiritual. So, what gets me through it, it just asking God why I hurt like this. I feel the pain and look up to God and give it to God.

That is if it is physical pain (heart, stomach ache, etc.), because God sometimes gets my attention that way. When I give it to God it usually goes away soon.

If it is confusion because there is a power outage or the toilet pipes are plugged, or my yahoo mail clicker wont work or my water heater is leaking and needs to be replaced. I have to pray to God and ask God to fix it. Then if I give it to God, somehow it gets fixed.

Then if I feel spiritual or emotional pain because I am blaming myself because I feel usless in fixing things, I have to repent for not trusting God in it and give it to God then.

So to simply answer your question. Whenever I go through the painful trials of life, I need to trust & obey God and give it to Him. Repent if I doubted God. Ask for wisdom what to do, etc.'

I depend on Christ to keep me going. Some days I feel so horrible I just want to leave this earth, but by the grace of God and Christ's intervention, I keep plugging along.

Lack of other options.
As a Christian, Christ has been a source of strength to me, but mostly I just bear with it until it passes, take pills if I can, but time is mostly the healer from it.
