My ex pissed me the **** off. When it's time for me to go to work he takes my cell and refuses to give it back. I have my phone on me in case of emergencies and because I come home after dark. I asked for it over and over again but he ignores me. He knows that I don't leave without my phone. Yet he didn't care that I had to leave to get to work on time. I start cussing him out and he start throwing stuff @ me and we started fighting. I got so mad, I went to town on him and he left with my phone. I told him don't come back to my apartment anymore. I plan to throw his clothes away.

I'm not sure what your question is? But it seems as though you need to get all your affairs in order, you know, if whether the two of you need to cool off before you make final plans. I know how if you guys are just "like that" -fight all the time to the point where you guys do that sort of thing as normal then by now you may have even regret writing this question but before you fully change your mind I think that you know and all those who know the two of you know that you guys may really love each other but you definitely cannot live together at this point so it's probably better that you don't live under the same roof. This could end you both arrested or seriously injured or worse, you know that. I know how hard it is to be so used to one another and yet can't get along, it's usually a sign that the relationship is over. But end on a good note and give him his stuff if he comes back for it even if he doesn't return your phone (it's a small price to pay for getting your life and sanity back). Tell him ..."to the left, to the left, everything you own -in the box to the left", leave it on the porch though.

Take deep breaths and calm down. Give him another day to come around. Yes, you're angry.... but ask yourself, " Do I really want him out of my life forever?" If you do, pack up his clothes and take them to the Salvation Army. Someone will benefit from them. Call your cell phone provider and cancel your account; then set up a new account. Then get on with your life; there's a lot of fish in the sea, honey. Good luck.

Good Idea!!!!! I would not just plan on tossing his stuff, but I would do it. I would have it waiting out side the door the next time he shows up. I would also just report your phone as stolen and get a new one. If your lucky he night get in trouble for taking it and have to pay for the cost of the new phone.

First shut off the cell phone service, get a new one with a new number then throw the bastard's clothes out. If you think it's bad now, honey, just marry the guy! I GUARANTEE the violence will multipy 20 fold and you don't need that. He is controlling. Get him out of your life!

You have to offer his clothes back to him, or he could take you to court. Tell him he can pick up his clothes during this week between these (reasonable) hours. Say if he doesn't pick them up you are donating them to charity. (no reason to just throw them out when you can get a tax wright off)
Try not to speak when he comes to pick them up...for the health of both of you.

To really embarass him, throw them out the window, and curse at him the same time. It'll be so funny watching him pick up his clothes off the stree infront of everyone! Then put all of this other things out your front door, lock the door, and relax!

call the police to make him give back your phone. that is a form of abuse by taking you phone he knows you have for emergencies. that means he doesnt care what happens to you. dont throw his clothes away, bribe him. if he comes back for his stuff, tell him you want your phone in exchange for it or the amount of money you paid for it, bills included. if that doesnt work call the police.

well, we dont do bad things to others, just because they do bad things to us. I don't know the extension of all this, but are you sure you don't love him anymore? Are there any hopes? WHy is causing him to act like this? Do not throw his clothes away. If you ever decide to do it, at least, be sure of what you are doing. We should not do anything when we are so angry. God Bless.

As long as you have your phone sweetie toss everything he owns. On the other hand you might want to seem like the bigger person mail them to him or give them to a mutual friend to deliver them.
