I naturally have light to medium brown hair but I've been dying it red for about three years. I tried to dye it back brown, but it still has red in it. How do I get the red out and get back to my natural color? Has anyone heard of Color Oops? Does it work?

I think you should go to a salon so you don't damage your hair too much with harsh chemicals to remove the red color! They will strip out as much as they can, but bring a picture of yourself before you started dyeing your hair and hopefully they can match your hair now to what it used to look like. Good luck!!

to a degree however its for one boxed used, over time you have used several boxes on your hair adding mroe to the scheme, anything you add will add more damage, unless your mom has a lock of your hair somewhere froma hair cut then you can't match up, but grow the roots out 1-2 inches then see a hair specailist to match the color up and then get touch ups on the bas of the hair not roots. By leaving the roots alone will let them color match you better-

I've never heard of that product, but if you're willing to spend the money, go to a good salon, a color specialist should be able to even it out, no problem.

I had the same problem - and when I tried to remedy it myself I turned my hair GREEN. The best advice I can give you is to go to a salon and have a professional do your hair. They can mix chemicals to react a particular way to your hair - which you cannot buy in a bottle at a store.

Well, I mistakenly dyed my hair purple, when I was suppose to have family pictures, and my hair is blond. So, I went to a hair stylist. So,that is my comment.
