Easy breezy, Take a Ritz cracker, spread some peanut butter on it, top it with another Ritz. Melt a combo of chocolate almond bark and some semi and milk chocolate chips and dip the crackers in, you can decorate. You can do pretzels or peanuts too. Decorate the ritz or pretzel with colored sugar or melt some white chips and drizzle.
You do white almond bark with some white chips and dip things in that also. My co-workers love the white pretzels.

Here's a really super fast yummy treat. Mars Bar Squares--In a pot over low heat (or microwave 1 to 2 minutes depending on the power of the oven), melt 4 Mars Bars and half a cup of butter or margarine. Stir in one cup of marshmallows and stir until melted (miniature marshmallows melt faster). Mix well then add 3 cups of Rice Krispies and stir until well-mixed. Spread in greased 8 or 9 inch square pan (squares are thicker in 8 inch pan) and ice with chocolate icing. I've made these twice so far this Christmas and may have to make another pan for my family.

1 c. flour
1 c. white chocolate chips

No Bake Cookies. If you like a joke... there's a poem called "Reindeer Poop" (see link below). Put the No Bake Cookies in a ziplock baggy along with the poem. I made them and brought them to work... everyone loved it... good for a great laugh

My home made chex mix is always a hit with my friends. I use the recipe on the box for the spicy kind, but I DOUBLE all of the spices, and find it really irresistable!
