sit-ups,running,and squats.do all 3 exercises and in 3 months you will be super hot..fine..

as much as everyone hates to hear it, eat healthy and work out. at LEAST 3 times a week. if you want to be toned, focus more on cardio exercises like running, polates (i think thats how you spell it),yoga, martial arts,biking, and especially swimming. swimming is a full body exercise that focuses on every muscle in the body, especially your core, which is your abdominal and lower back muscles. see if you cant get a membership to a gym that offers a wide variety of activities and that has an indoor/ climate controlled pool. body works is a great example. but most importantly, eat right. instead of 3 huge meals a day, make it 6 small to medium sized meals a day. it will keep your metabolism going constantly. no matter how hard you work out, if you eat crappy, you'll never lose weight and you'll never get your toned thighs and bum. its way easier to gain weight than it is to lose it. i know, it sucks, but thats how it is. just stick with a workout regime, healthy eating, and you'll see results in just a few weeks. good luck!

you can eat a variety of goods including junk, just dont eat alot, next you exercise, start with sit ups and crunches and work your way up to harder ab exercises like full body crunches, also it helps alot, with everything if you ride a bike or do the bike exercises in the gym, also you can use weights held by your hands at your neck to further increase the muscle growth. basically the more muscle you have the less fat you have and if you exercise on a reguluar basis that will make you toned.

You want to concentrate on loosing body fat. The most effective way to do that is to strength train and eat a clean diet. That will give you tight muscles, take some body fat off and give you the results your looking for.

Find the weight room and lift like a guy! You won't get big, I promise!

1 Join a quality gym and a personal trainer will be able to give you specific info.
2 Running is good exercise if you want to look more wirey.
3 Move from high-sugar/junk food to high energy fruit and veg and protein.

you can do as many situps as you like, that will only strenghten your abs, and maybe look good when all the fat is gone. You should do some cardio exercises. take some tae-bo, or jogging,tennis maybe, swimming. that combined with a proper died: no sugar, lots of vegetables and chicken meat, less bread, pasta... good luck!!

Run 10miles a week i can tell you wll achieve best result /go tothe gym.but running is a cheapest way to do this .forgert about stomach belts and other thing they are of no use.

Exercise and good diets etc. But if your doing this to just try and look good/to impress someone and make them think your hot etc then just stand infront of the mirror and be happy for who you are.
