I know how you feel....I have to get up at 5:00 every morning too. I go to bed early.....usually by 9 or 10. It's hard, but I don't drink any caffeine after lunch to make falling asleep easier. Sometimes I still feel nauseous and groggy in the AM. Drinking lots of water throughout the day and eating a good breakfast helps. I also need a cup of coffee or something to really get me going. Your body should adjust to it, but it never gets easy if you are not a morning person...but you can make it a little easier on yourself by trying the things I suggested. I have been doing it now for 2 months and I still have good mornings and bad ones. Good Luck!

You don't provide enough information to give you the kind of 'help' you probably need. However, I would first suggest that you run to your physician and get a complete physical. Sometimes there are things going on inside our bodies that we don't know about - and a complete physical and blood work up can help determine a course of action. You also sound as if you might be suffering from some element of depression. You could have a lack of iron/energy and may need to change your diet. First - go get the physical. Then ask yourself if you are happy in your life, your job, etc. To be honest - deep down inside, you already know what's going on. You are reaching out because you do recognize that you need someone to help you. That's the first step - I know - I've been there. Good luck to you.

Drink a lot of fluids, water preferably, and eat a well balanced meal, eating only pie will get you sick even if you hadn't drank last night, or when ever you did. also eating before you drink helps you not throw up as much and well less likely cause a hangover.

Try going to be around 8 or 9 at night. Or, take a nap when you get off work.

I think that's called Sleep Deprivation or Not getting your enough sleep syndrome. Most of us regular people have it; wether we go to work or school at early times. Look it up on the web.
