If they are individual coils for each plug no but if they are a coil pack yes you do and it is best to buy those parts ar the dealer don't let price allow you to put on less than the best quality parts parts store parts are not as good as dealer parts no matter what anyone says.

Yo can et by with replacing the bad one but if it's gone the others aren't far behind. They tend to cascade like that. It would be prudent to do all six.

It's not nessecary to replace all of them, but it's important to make sure you are replacing the right one.
