What is the security number? What are they ALL called
They would'nt accept mine......... Is it all worth the hassle?

Your credit card number should be 16 digits long and printed on the from of the card. The additional 3 digits on the back are a security code. You don't enter the security code in the Credit card number field when ordering on-line. There should be a separate field for that.

The security number is the last 3 digits printed on the signature strip. The card number is a 16 digit number on the front of the card xxxxxxxx

The security number is the last 3 digits of the number printed on the signature strip of your credit card. On Amex, its the 4 digit number on the front of the card on the right hand side. Your credit card number is the 16 digit number on the front, don't include the other numbers with this.

You will find the security number on the signature strip at the back of your card. It is the last 3 numbers. As long as you are on a secure site, you should be o.k. Have bought tons of stuff on line and never had any problems.
