Only if you also invent a place where we can punish the 'bad' people forever and ever and ever, and then advertize how forgiving we are.

Probably not. I think most people would say that people are more likely to be converted to any belief system by example, not by witnessing. And death isn't much of an example to set no matter what you believe. Because it sucks no matter what.

Let 'em believe what they need to to sleep at night. And try being kind and non-judgemental to them, just like they're supposed to be to atheists. Maybe the more rabid ones will pick up on it, and start thinking critically about what they believe. (Ok, that's a pipe dream, but it's better than weird questions about death convincing people to stop being religious. I don't even really know what that means!)

You don't convert people to Atheism. Atheism is not a religion or a set of beliefs or rituals, etc. It is, in its simplest definition, a lack of belief in any gods. It says nothing about what will happen to us when we die. Thats for every Atheist to decide for themselves.

Death sucks. There is no way around that, unless you are suicidal. Perhaps if you made them all suicidal they would go for it.

Yes. As it stands, "nothingness" sounds pretty boring.

It's not death I fear it is old age. Nothing bad can happen to you once you are dead.
