You need to go to the frozen food section of your supermarket. They sell these usually in a five pound bad and have small ones specifically for this purpose.

If you can find those little guys, here's a recipe for your collection...
"Original Ranch Drummettes" - 24 drummettes
1 (1 oz.) packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
24 chicken drummettes (about 2 lbs.)
Combine dressing mix and oil in large bowl; add drummettes and toss well to coat. Arrange on rack placed in foil-lined baking pan; bake at 425* - 25 minutes. Turn drummettes over; bake additional 20 minutes.
SPICY HOT VARIATION: Add 2 tbsp. red pepper sauce to dressing mixture before coating.
(Serving Suggestion: Dip cooked drummettes in prepared Hidden Valley Original ranch salad dressing.)

Get the drummette part of the chicken wing. Your meat market should be able to give you just the drummette part.

If you can't find drumettes in the frozen section, then just buy bulk chicken wings and cut at the joints. Viola, drumettes! Sounds yummy!

I get drummettes, and usually have to ask where they are in the grocery store. Usually they are beside the gizzards.
