Of course you cannot explain about God, just as a dog or a frog would not be able to explain about how this computer works.
But if God created everything and the Bible also says He sustains and upholds everything, then He must have the ability to be present everywhere. And that is the meaning of Omnipresent.
Omni is a Latin word meaning "All", so He is present everywhere in the whole Unverse that He created.
30 years ago as I worked in the jungle of Sarawak among isolated people who had never seen a car, or motorbike, let alone airplane, and told him that I flew in a Jumbo Jet, made of metal, bigger than their longhouse, and that it can carry 300 passengers plus their baggage and thousands of kg in fuel and other things, they said: "Come on! you don't expect us to believe it, do you?"

God Himself really is just in one spot at a time, but his presence can be felt everywhere. The best example is like the sun during the day - it's in one spot, but it's warmth and light is everywhere.

Of course God isn't subject to time - so that opens a whole new can of worms when I think of it.

Yes! Omipitent and Omnipresent. Which means he is everywhere at one time. Including the Universe and everything that exists. Which is why Scientist are having a hard time figuring out what all exists in the universe. They will never be able to.

14. The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.
