Do not use just for men, they are metallic dyes, or "progressive". Which means that if you get it to dark, wrong color or just change your mind, and you color over it in the salon or at home you can get bad breakage or strange colors. you have to grow it all the way out to color again.
I am a stylist, and i would recommend a Redken salon, look in your local area, and call and ask if they use "Color Camo" which is a hair color line Redken designed for men. it works great and is very natural looking. Trust me, you do it yourself and you may end up paying even more $ in the long run to fix it.

All of the "Men" haircolors are Progressive colors- meaning they gradually get darker each time you use it- they also have "metallic" substances in them which are NOT GOOD on your hair. You're much better off grabbing one of the traditional brands - like Clairol Nice & Easy, Loreal Excellence, etc. Stay away from Herbal Essence (just my opinion). They all have directions on how to get good grey coverage. If you only have a few grey hair stick to a color very close to your natural color. If you have a lot of grey - try a shade or 2 lighter than your natural - this will cover the grey better and look nice when it starts to grow out. Once you find the color you like - just touch up the grey every 3-4 weeks. Hope this helps!

The age at which a person's hair becomes white depends on hereditary factors, but diet , lifestyle and stress can also cause premature greying . Some of the home remedies for preventing formation of grey or white hair are by massaging the scalp with black tea or almond oil .More cheap and natural remedies for grey or white hair at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/whitehair.html

"Just For Men" hair coloring. You can get it almost anywhere. If your going to remove "grey" from your mustache, beard or goatee, or any other body hair(yeah, I know a couple of guys who do that), leave the stuff in longer than what the instructions say to. It works best if you wash the hair thoroughly before application.

I use Adore and it works great. But if you want something super strength Kiss is the one. Problem is, it stains you head and forehead too and you can't get it of. That's why I use . .. . Adore. It's at Chinese hair supply shops

Noooooo! don't do that! Women can tell. And they don't generally like it. But if I can't change your mind, go see a hairdresser.
