Don't get me wrong...my weight is not a huge issue, I do 20-30 min. of cardio every day and do light weight lifting as well, I eat normal, but I've always found that no matter what my weight there is this little bulge that won't go away.....I eat junk food occassionally, but I don't stuff twinkies in my mouth, personally don't even like em...........

You can't really - if you want a flat iron abdomen you'll have to do all those exercise things. If you realise most genuine people are far more interested in what you say and what you do rather than your belly you might decide that you are fine as you are.

Exercise is an important role in any lifestyle regardless of age or weight. You should get a minimum of 30 min. of cardio everyday and do some sort of strength training a few times a week.

You can lose weight in general by eating foods that boost your metabolism, such as grapefruit and celery. Your caloric intake is less than it takes to digest. You still need exercise to lose weight the right way. The more you exercise the more energy you will have.

I just saw an Oprah show about this. Dr. Oz was on and he explained about this part of your belly called the Omentum. If you change your eating habits you can shrink your omentum (the omentum is usually what causes the bulge).

Do you consider bike riding "working out?" What about taking up volley ball or rollerblading?

The point is, to get rid of your body's "little savings account" you must increase expenses (calories expended) as well as decreasing income (calories consumed.)

Anything else is likely to be very unhealthy.
