Yes it's fairly easy, just follow the on screen instruction's and you should be ok, just take your time and don't rush anything, while you are installing software don't leave the computer as sometimes you are ask to click on questions, with answer's like yes or no or you might be asked to type in the product number which is either on the side of the box which the CD-ROM disk came in or on the CD-ROM sleeve.

LIKE AFTER WMP INSTALLING ITUNES. IT ASKES U IF U WHANT TO MAKE I TUNES DEFUALT PLAYER. AND IF U SELECT YES THEN U WONT BE ABLE PLAY IT ON WMP.(WELL WITH RIGHT CLICK ONLY)

ya most you just click next all the time.
There are some software that you have to follow specific instructions to apply patches. They are overwriting each other.

... most of it is gui setup if that is "easy" to you.. Some could be a pain if you dont know what your doing.. Generally this doesn't apply for games or adobe stuff like that..

Sometimes it is harder to uninstall it, but no, most software is rather easy to install.
