Any way to watch Cable TV on ur computer?

I don't have cable but I want to know about any software or a way to get cartoon network, etc. on my pc.

If your pc monitor has a tv tuner in it you can hook a cable line in the back of your pc and get all of the cable channels (except the ones you need a box for). I have it and just love it--couldn't live without it. It's really nice. However, don't know of any software one can get without a cable hookup.

A lot of the networks are showing their shows on line like CBS, NBC, Fox and others depends on what you want to watch. But cartoon network I am not sure about
