Yes, but it is hard and requires three times as much effort than at the beguinning, but definitely YES. Also, it is up to both parties, 'cause if one is not willing to work it out, it will be impossible. The reason has a lot to do with it, it will require real repentance, like "I'll really never do it again. But really, it is a two way road.

Well this is based on my life. My boyfriend trusted me untill i lied to him about something, but it was only because i didnt want him to think any less of me. Instead i lost his trust and now he thinks lesser of me. Since then weve been having problems and its always is because he doesnt trust me anymore. He says he doesnt but i know he dont, because if he did he would stop accusing me and we would be happy right now.

It depends. If the person who f***ed up is willing to do anything and eveything they can to regain the other person's trust, then that'll show how much he/she means to them and how much they are willing to change.
