Yes and No. U can't naturally grow taller but u can get bone extensions on your legs its a surgery performed in many Asian countries where they break the bones in your lower leg and the add metal screws and rods that are rotated every week to re-break the bone and promote growth or pray for an acromegaly which I think u wouldn't like.

Approximately 2 years after puberty your epiphyseal growth plates which are attached to your leg bones and arm bones fuse so these bones are not able to grow any more. This is why you don't continue to grow indefinetly! It is estimated that this happens at an earlier age in girls than boys, around age 16 and 18 respectively. This varies in individuals.Around the time of puberty however we do have a growth spurt controlled by all the hormones in our body. In many regions of the country, such as in parts of Africa, young men have been known to grow upwards of 7 ft tall and occur between the ages of 13-20. There are many things to consider, hormones for one, genetics and genetic history for two, nutrition - three. Depending upon these elements, you may or may not get taller after 25. I teach 8th graders and have a young man in my class who is 13 years of age - and is of mixed heritage - and is 6'4"! A young lady, on the other hand, African American, who is 6'2'' and weighs about 300. So - it's hard to tell....

Further still, there are growing pills which genuinely claim to give you some height increase by altering some of the body hormonal processes. While it sounds theoretically correct, it does not by any means make them authentic either per se!
For a substance or pill of any type to be able to stimulate growth, it must be able to directly or indirectly stimulate the pituitary gland.
You see, hormonal processes require a lot of chemical reactions within the body. In particular, growth hormone is probably the most important element required to achieve a sought after height.
Unfortunately, the amount of growth hormone you make largely depends on your genes and environmental stimuli. If you are appropriately provided with the proper combination from both then the likelihood of being taller will be extremely high.

According to the reports from the Kyoto University, Dr. A. Kawata, dedicated to human growth research, discovered that human height is not exclusively pre-determined by genetic action alone, but is also strongly influenced by the effects of certain hormones on the development of the cartilaginous portions of the 62 bones of the lower body, as well as the 24 separate and moveable bones constructing the spinal column. REFLEXOLGY, designed by computer following Human Engineering concepts, has been found to stimulate the nerve points of the feet effectively, which in turn stimulates the pituitary gland for increased production of growth hormones. Increased production of growth hormones means greater growth of the cartilaginous portions of the bones in the lower body, making real gain height.

Not unless you have a pituitary disorder, which would not be a good thing.
Most men stop growing at about 20 or 21, while women hit their peak usually at 18 or 19.

Actually, my wife grew a half inch sometime between the age of 25 & 30. So, though unlikely, it can happen.

An average person, no matter what height he or she is has a potential to be taller 2 - 4 inches and even more. People are shorter then they could be simply because they don't do everything to get most out of their potentials and don't know how.
There are many reasons for our lack of growth, but the most important one is limited and unbalanced level of growth hormone in our body. It is growth hormone that growth the cells, bones, muscles, and organs of our bodies. Growth hormone is a protein produced particularly by the pituitary gland. And proteins are made of building blocks known as amino acids. Located in the center of our brain, the pituitary gland is often called the master gland because it controls the release of many of the body's hormones.
Supposedly, there are two unnatural ways to increase growth hormone level.
The first is by using growth hormone - releasing products like glycine, glutamine, agrinine, ornithine, niacin, and 16 other amino acids you can get with and without prescription. Such substances and drugs usually used by body builders. They are also useful for elderly people to increase their growth hormone level. Some of them are good for boosting immunity, protecting the liver, fighting cancer, helping rebuild body tissue after surgery or trauma, and many other treatments. Because amino acids help to produce growth hormone, some of them, with proper exercises, may be taken for increasing your growth. However, I would not recommend doing this self-treatment without medical supervision, especially for children. Any of these drugs has to be taken with proper dosage, some of them with other drugs or nutrients. Improper usage may bring you serious problems. And there are many side effects from using these products: diarrhea, low toxicity, headache, drowsiness, muscle spasms, dizziness, high blood pressure, nervousness, depression, hair loss, gaining weight, and many more. So, be careful.
Another way to increase growth Men-made growth hormone received by series of injections (which cost from $12,000 to 18,000 a year) prescribed after careful evaluation of person's growth pattern and growth potential. These injections may help you to grow, but inducing growth too quickly may inhibit later growth. And growth hormone may produce various other side effects, including: high cholesterol, diabetes, liver abnormalities, Increased tissue stiffness, carpal tunnel syndrome, musculosketal disease, neuropathy, allergic reactions, pancreatitis, hyperglycemia, visual deterioration, headaches, vomiting, increased liver enzyme levels, increased sweating, edema, pain in general and back pain specifically. More then that, if you receive these injections, your body will adapt to this drug, and will refuse to produce natural growth hormone after stopping receiving injections.
This was only what I found regarding growth. I would, however, not believe everything you read.
