Check your local paper for ads, otherwise try letting your fingers do the walking through yellow pages. Either way you'll run up a BIG phone bill, cause most places that ARE open have to be pre-booked, and at this stage you're probably pushing your luck. Anyway, good luck, and Merry Christmas!

Not from the midlands but you will be very lucky to get in any where at this late stage if you have not booked.

Usually Chinese and other Asian restaurants stay open on Christmas.

you'd probably find indian restaurants open as they don't believe in xmas. theres a chicken shop here run by kenyans open on xmas day and this is a quiet suburb of london
