Feeling more and more corraled.
Can't say Merry Christmas
Can't hang wreaths
Can't put up a x-mas tree
Before you know it..it will be illegal for people to be able to see your X-Mas tree through the window.. That is coming next..
I think that as we become less homogeneous in the USA, the less Christianity will have a center role in the way we conduct our lives. The IDENTITY of who we are as a Nation is continuously changing, and that is a natural thing with so many people being born and living here from other cultures.
I'm a realist. The other religions are free to practice their religion as long as I can practice mine and not feel like I'm offending them.

I don't worry too much about the influence of other positive religions as I do about the people who distort it. I love being a Christian and I don't care much for those who try to take God or Christ out of things. They don't understand that if my religion is not causing harm, why should they be concerned?

No. There's lot of Christians in the neighborhood. It's like the olden times. They would meet and praise God in the safety of their houses. You'd be relieved to see that a lot still believes even when being persecuted by society.

Matthew 22:14
For many are called, but few are chosen."
And Matthew 7:13-14 says "Enter through the narrow gate, for the gate is wide that leads to destruction and many are those who enter by it, but the gate is narrow that leads to life, and few are those who find it"
-Yes definatley we are FEW! But that is a good thing, seeing as even God told us this would be. Does not mean we should not continue sharing the gospel though- God saves many and we do not know who He will draw to Him. I have great comfort and joy in knowing I am chosen, and that God has given me life through Jesus Christ- which I do not deserve!

I think you're smart to be concerned about the closure of Christian churches. People are losing their faith and have the false idea that they don't need faith and religion is nothing more than antique superstition. I think it's sad, and it drives me to learn my faith and embrace it even more.
I do like one little fact: worldwide there are approx. 1.6 billion Catholics. That's nearly a third of the world's population. Just makes me smile :D.
God bless.

This is a valid fear. If atheism is true, then there is no compelling reason to live a moral life. There is no reason to look out for anybody but #1.

Nope, Im not afraid of being in the minority. And where I live, we are the majority. But it doesnt bother me, I dont think we will ever compleltey lose the ability to believe as we do, freedom of religion backs us. If they take ours away, they have to take them all.

As we approach the end of earth's history, we'll all have to stand up for what we believe. Maybe God didn't call you to foreign lands, but He called the people who need Him, to you! Be strong! We're almost home!

Those of The True Christian Faith have always been a minority...and they always will be on this earth... we just hope to take as many with us as we can when Christ calls out His Church.
