and another question.. i'm using optimum 100 % whey protein ( gold standard ) 3 months ago .. but i recently read on the label in the allergic section : " this produt contains whey derived from dairy and lecithin derived from soybeans "
so is that means that optimum whey protein can help the estrogen level to increase in the male body !? so maybe this could lead to gyneomastia !? thx a lot

Hey Pal, good to see that you're working out and supplementing.
The estrogenic component of soy are the isoflavones.. and they are weak at best. Lecithin contains almost none. And the percentage of lecithin in the optimum whey is negligible. Even eating pure soy protein won't do very much, on a practical level.
Optimum's 100% whey is maybe the best budget protein.

To anyone who thinks males don't have estrogen, read a book. The enzyme aromatase transforms testosterone to estradiol, everyone has it.
And NO, adding exogenous testosterone does not balance anything, it only exacerbates the problem. You need aromatase inhibitors if excess estrogen is really a problem.

Since it's a hormonal imbalance, there is no way to fix it with food. You might help a bit, but not fix it. I know, I've got the other problem (too much testosterone).

What does increase testosterone is putting on muscle (that will counteract your estrogen). Start lifting those weights!

You need to see your doctor and get a series of tests done. They will check your levels and decide whether or not to give you testosterone in the form of a legalized steroid.

If you are biologically programmed to have high estrogen, the only thing the doctors can do is give you most testosterone to balance you out. They can't "fix" it.

Most of our dairy products now include estrogen in them, including milk, cheese, beef, etc., because it's used in the food that's fed to our cattle as well as injections to fatten them up faster. This in turn is passed on to us through our dairy products, etc, and has been responsible for our children, (boys mostly), becoming more sensitive emotionally, (like girls' temperaments), IE crying when things don't go their way on the sports field... things that wouldn't ordinarily phase them 10 years ago!
Even poultry is showing signs of excessive estrogen, (as well as their eggs!). So, armed with this information, consumer be ware!

Junk foods make it decrease. I saw it two nights ago on Geraldo At Large on Fox. Eating healthy makes it increase.
