There are many reasons that a cat pees all over the place.
1) it could be because something has stressed her out, and whatever it is needs to be removed or changed.
2) it could mean that her litter box isn't clean enough. Cats are very finicky and they often won't use a litter box if you don't clean out the poo at least once a day, and change the litter at least once per week.
3), the cat could dislike the kind of litter you are using, or the location of the litter box. Is it noisy where the litter box is? Do you use clumping litter? (a lot of cats prefer it).
4) a cat could refuse to use the litter box because her food and water is too close to it.
You could also try:
-giving the cat more attention (not to say that you ignore her now, of course).
-getting rid of or moving whatever she seems to pee on all the time if at all possible
And you should definitely buy a pet urine odor remover, a really good one, from a pet store, and spray it wherever she pees. If the smell is gone, there is less temptation for her to pee there.
Your vet should have some more ideas, like vitamin supplements, if none of this works.

That is very odd that the vet said that nothing is wrong with her. Cats generally do NOT like to go potty outside of their litterboxes. Is her litterbox dirty? Have you tried changing kitty litter? Have you tried moving the litterbox (maybe she is disturbed when she tries to go where it presently is located)? Has something changed in her environment to make her start misbehaving? A new baby? Another new pet? Anything?
Can you leave some extra comments about what the vet checked for?

Well first thing is to take it to the vet, it may have a urinary tract infection. If not, then there is a certain spray that you can spray on stuff that makes your cats to stop peeing in their usual spots. Also, clean the carpets where that cat is peeing because it will pee in the same spot, because they consider that their territory. Good luck.

Get a large pet cage (large dog) or make one out of a large box.
When you go to sleep at night or go out for the day make sure the cat is in it with a litterbox. Or you can leave the cat in the box at all times and take her out and play with her and reward her for using the litter box. Or you can leave her in a room with the door closed.

You might need to confine her in a small room with her litterbox. That's not normal behavior for a healthy cat who has been box-trained.
Or it could be that the holidays have her upset.

you should spray the carpets with a scent the cat hates so that way your kitty will have no where else to pea but the litter box

It sounds like a personality problem. She may be doing this because she is ticked off about something or she is trying to get your attention and negative attention is better than no attention at all.

Rub her face in it and then put her in her litter box. I know this sounds mean, but you are letting her know that the litter box is the place to get her business done!

Drop her off at the nearest SPCA. Nobody likes a house that smells like cat piss.
