Too loose is very general...if you are talking about you in general that means you are too laid back, you don't let alot get of things get to you nor do you care. you seem so nonchalant at times(that what my friends tell me ) It's actually a good thing because people who aren't loose tend to get annoyed and frustrated quicker.
