ok, so at school, we have this secret santa thing. and as fate would have it, i'm her secret santa. now my plan was to give her a necklace with a heart shaped diamond as her final gift of the week and asking her out as i presented the necklace. is this a good idea, and if there are any other suggestions, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!! and please be realistic/serious. i REALLY, REALLY, REALLY care about this girl, so send me feedback. thanks a lot.

Yeah. that's sounds really cute. But a heart can be kind of pushing it don't you think? Maybe you can get her the perfume she always wears? If you know it that is. But then again a heart neacklace would probably drop some hints and that's always a good way to tell a girl you like her right?

Well you don't want her to think you are moving fast. So I would say to give her the gift. Then wait a while then like slowly make you move and let her know you like her. And tell her how you feel about her.

No, I wouldn't do that...it's sweet but too much of a gift too soon. Get her to go out with you first, then shower her with gifts...
