first, you should talk two your friend and let her truly know how you feel about this boy. It shouldn't be a problem with her because she has a boyfriend. then go for it.

Do like other women do on here. Ignore your feelings. Marry some really nice guy who treats you like a queen. Have 3 kids.
10 years or so later you bump into him. You regret not having asked him if he liked you. You leave your husband and kids to chase a dream.

I think you should tell him you like him so he will know you do and if he doesn't make a move take the initiative to ask him out.

she has a bf that makes him fair game, its not like she can ask him out. but if she is like a really good friend then I would at least let her know that what you are planning to do
